Spark Security was founded in Perth in 2026 by two directors who believe clients deserve more than a name on a roster. They deserve officers who show up on time, know the site, and take ownership of what happens on their shift.

Ali Akbar
Ali co-leads Spark Security, with a focus on client relationships, business growth and making sure every site receives a reliable, professional service.
Tahir Bashir
Tahir holds the company's WA Security Agent Licence and oversees operations, compliance and client service. He brings an engineering and project management background, with a focus on safety, planning and accountability.
Fully licensed in Western Australia.
Security work in WA is regulated by WA Police Force Licensing Services under the Security and Related Activities (Control) Act 1996 and Regulations 1997. We take our obligations seriously.
